Solution
The sponsor tasked Comprehend to build a dashboard that executives could use to quickly identify issues and inform smarter business decisions. The sponsor is collaborating with Comprehend to develop an enterprise-wide solution across all of the sponsor’s business units.
Results
The solution created immediate value by uncovering serious data holes and inconsistencies, especially around site activations and queries. Real-time reporting and color-coded issue status indicators enable the executive team to stay up to date at a glance. The solution has removed spreadsheets from the process and enables sub-study analytics for a broader view of specialized metrics and adverse events (AEs).
